Greater Norwich Chamber of Commerce (GNACC) admitted to using only Facebook and their relationship with the Bulletin (which I quote: we are proud of our relationship with the Bulletin).
It’s essential for a strong, connected community to recognize all local businesses—not just those tied to the Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce. Limiting coverage to GNACC members isn't just short-sighted—it’s unreasonable. It undermines the hard work of countless business owners who contribute just as much to the fabric of this town.
We’re happy to see new spots open up—like another bakery—but when reporting is presented as unbiased and instead reflects selective, biased choices, that’s a real problem.
This isn’t just disappointing—it borders on unethical. Playing favorites under the guise of journalism isn’t transparency, it’s manipulation. Norwich deserves better. The entire business community deserves to be seen and supported—not just the chosen few who pay to play.
Additionally, while #GNACC updated the website (good for them... and finally), this did not preview in Facebook... so Let's take a look:
Huddon's Homestead GNACC website - not viewable in FB.

With a few seconds of SEO, this could be changed... Just saying. We need a more tech centric chamber of commerce. Or just use NextDoor, Alignable etc. Turns out after the conversation with GNACC, they did not see any value in anything more than Facebook which is eye-opening, especially for today's culture.
The more you know!
