250k For the Restaurant rehab at MarinaOctober 2024,  by unanimous vote, the mayor and council reallocated ARP funds, claiming excess funds from Parks and Rec summer scholarships, the police, healthcare, the library and some A/V equipment. This 250k was reallocated to the Marina for the restaurant/bar rehab "enclosure".
